Hi! My name is Brianna, and I am a 200HR RYT. My passion for yoga and meaningful movement took off after finishing college, when my life-long softball journey ended. I hold a BS in Psychology and an MS in Professional Sports Management. I am blessed to have an amazing fiance and a beautiful little girl! Mom life especially has emphasized the importance of community, understanding, and supporting one another. Learning to give your body grace and to feel confident and healthy in your exercise is not always easy. I love working with people of all backgrounds and experience levels, and showing them how to move their body safely and confidently. I have years of experience teaching both in and out of studio settings. My goal is to always curate an experience tailored to you and your energy! Whether it be slow moving and restorative, a sculpting sweat session, or a vibey celebration party, I am here to meet you wherever you are at.
